“Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.” (NIV, 2 Corinthians 4:16-18)

We are invited to embrace Christ as the Center of our lives. This calling is made possible through communion- with God, one another, and ourselves. Communion involves entering into a relationship of recognition, connection, and unity.
One of the most sacred ways we experience communion with Christ is by receiving Him in Holy Communion, uniting ourselves with Him here on earth. God works through our relationships too. He calls us to live in communion with one another, united as His sons and daughters. Beyond our relationship with God and others, we are also invited to communion with ourselves; to embrace and live out who He created us to be.
Eternal Communion Counseling's name reflects this calling to live in communion with Christ, others and ourselves as we strive toward the ultimate goal of eternal communion with Him.
"Time is but a shadow, a dream; already God sees us in glory and takes joy in our eternal beatitude." - St. Thérèse of Lisieux
